Excilor Competition | May 7th, 2017 – August 1st , 2017
1.The Promoter of the Excilor Competition is First Pharma Pty Ltd Level 22, 101 Grafton St. Bondi Junction NSW 2022. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. 2.Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees of First Pharma Pty Ltd and their families are ineligible to enter. 3.The promotion commences at 8.00am (AEST) on May 7th 2017 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on August 1st 2017 ("Promotional Period"). 4. Eligible entrants in the Excilor Competition will enter the free prize draw by correctly answering all competition questions found at www.excilor.com.au/win. Valid entries must answer all online questions and provide all required contact details. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Participants may only enter once. First Pharma Pty Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5.Twenty five (25) individual prizes will be drawn from all entrants. Each prize will consist of one (1) $100 Westfield voucher. 6.The prize draw will take place at 4.00pm August 7th 2017 at the First Pharma Pty Ltd office. The winners will be the first twenty five (25) valid entry drawn from entries made during the promotional period subject to these Terms and Conditions. 7.The total prize pool value is $AU2,500. If the prize is unavailable, First Pharma Pty Ltd, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. 8.The winner will be notified via email or phone by a First Pharma Pty Ltd representative within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw and no later than September 1st, 2017. The winner will be published on the Excilor Website (www.excilor.com.au) from September 1st, 2017 to October 1st, 2017. 9.All entries become the property of First Pharma Pty Ltd. 10. First Pharma Pty Ltd reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit his/her prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. 11.If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of First Pharma Pty Ltd, First Pharma Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant, or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition, as appropriate. 12. First Pharma Pty Ltd collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, discloses such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
